They had the car for 2 1/2 weeks. I had an appointment, they didnt pull the car in for 3-4 business days later so it prolonged the job. Initial Estimate wasnt even close to final because they didnt look at the car right the first time, pure laziness. Estimate went from 4k to almost 12k. Got the car back and the sun roof didnt work so I had to take it back in, it took them all day to figure out they didnt plug it all the way back in! Unprofessional as it gets. I would not go back if I needed their service.

I was very pleased with the with the hail repair job that was done on my Equinox. My car looked really tough when I brought it into the shop. When I came to pick it up it looked like the first time I drove it off the lot. I will continue to recommend Abbra Auto to my family and friends.
