There was some miscommunication and misunderstanding from my end. I made an appointment to get my car looked at for an estimate and was told that they would call me to make an appointment and wouldn’t look at my car after I made an appointment to be seen and scheduled a ride to work and back to pick it up after. But once it was in they were great at communicating!
