"I brought my car in for a grille replacement. There was no body damage, paint work, or mechanical issue involved. I had a scheduled 9:00 AM drop-off on Wednesday, and my expectation was that this would be a same-day job, as the estimate listed 4.5 hours of labor. At no point prior to drop-off was I informed that this would be a multi-day repair. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the timing at drop-off when I learned it could be more than same day, but there was no effort to discuss, explain or change the situation. Based on that interaction, I assumed the repair would likely extend overnight and made alternate plans to drive my cargo van. I received no communication on Thursday. Then on Friday morning, I was notified that the repair had just begun and that my vehicle might not be ready for up to 11 days Later that afternoon, I called to check on the status and was told I would receive a call back. Around 3:30 PM, I received a text stating the vehicle was complete and ready for pickup. At pickup, I was told that nothing less than a 10-star review was acceptable. I explained that I would gladly give a 10 for the quality of the work, but not for the scheduling or communication. My concern was not the quantity of communication, but the absence of any acknowledgment of the inconvenience or attempt to understand my concerns. There appeared to be no effort to engage in a meaningful discussion or offer any explanation that would justify having a vehicle for three days to complete 4.5 hours of work. I made it clear at both drop-off and pickup that I was concerned about the timeline, yet there was no meaningful attempt to provide context, address the impact, or discuss possible alternatives. For context, I am located very close to ABRA Auto Body & Glass and could have dropped the vehicle off with minimal notice if needed. I would also say your employees were very kind and polite I want to emphasize that, this is not a grudge against them, just not trained on how to meaningfully dialogue and find common ground. Did anything happen with my car before Friday AM Could it have been more efficient for me if I was able to drop off on Friday Bottom line: excellent workmanship, but an absence of customer empathy in the scheduling for repair process." Paula, at the front desk, at the Waite Park, MN location was an absolute gem. I couldn't have asked for a better first contact rep. Mitch meant well, and I understand his hurdles, but he struck me as less experienced, even before my circumstances came into play.

Initial estimate included hood and grille, but was never repaired. Got a violation on my interlock due to inexperience with program.

Paula was incredible and helped above and beyond. The rest of my experience was stressful.
