Was called that car had some scrapes on other side of main damaged and asked if wanted pay have that fixed. Informed yes to fix it all of it if more than just the claim. When picked up car there was still area scratches on opposite side vehicle that had not been fixed completely even though o was charged over $200 out my pocket for repairs

Was apparent some scrapes on driver side also they contacted asking if wanted pay out pocket to have repaired with the claim Was informed yes and had out pocket bill when got vehicle that paid but there are still scratches and scrapes on that driver side that were not repaired

Mike was extremely helpful, thorough, kind, and kept in touch. Travis also helped me want contact time when Mike wasn’t available. All personnel were great and picking up the car. The inside hand been picked up and vacuumed. It was very nice to have my car returned in such nice.
