Lori was very friendly and helpful. She found parts for us at a reasonable price and made the experience very comfortable. I hope we don't have more accidents but Abra in Mandan would be my 1st place to go. They went the extra step. Great customer service.

The repair itself was fine from hail damage. Originally was supposed to be done Friday the week it was scheduled, got postponed due to ordering parts so was then Monday. I said I was leaving town Wednesday for vacation, went Tuesday evening and it wasn’t ready. It wasn’t a huge deal but to get it back and forth twice was inconvenient, as I wasn’t told until it was done the second time that they provided a car service. I was also told I’d be getting an estimate then I got called that they were fixing it as they do the estimate which I’ve never heard of before. Would have been nice to just get the estimate first as I wasn’t really expecting $1,000 bill right before vacation.

It wasn’t terrible, I guess I didn’t feel like it was exceptional. Again the miscommunication about it being done before I went on vacation and the lack of knowing they had a car service as my husband works out of town so I have limited availability to get rides

Ants got my vehicle in the same day I called and had it for less that 24 hours. I was called after the problem was diagnosed with a price for the repair and the price was right on. It’s only been a couple of days but the problem seems to be fixed. I only talked to two staff members and the both were professional, courteous and friendly.
