Another great experience with Abra- Bismarck. From the smooth estimate process to drop off and pick up made easy. Good communication through the repair process but the best part of the experience is the friendly and very knowledgeable staff.

Very happy with the entire process. Travis was quick with the estimate process and getting me set up with an appt in a very timely manner. The front desk gal was friendly and knew what vehicle belonged to me when it came time to pick it up. She handled the payment process for me( other person paying for the damage.) And the great service of rides for drop off and pick up make it really convenient for the customers.

My only frustration was I originally called the shop when I had gotten approval from my insurance to discuss the plan and schedule. The lady I talked to said the parts were being ordered and she would call me to schedule a time when they got them. Approximately 2 weeks went by and I hadn’t heard from the shop so I called and the parts were there. I did get scheduled right away and I appreciated the communication with text messages and after the car was there the communication was great. I just was a little surprised I never got an initial call after the parts arrived.
