I appreciated the updates on my vehicle while it was in the shop. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. The staff there were very nice and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my vehicle and they had vacuumed it. I wasn’t expecting that, so it was a nice surprise.

We were initially told that it would be "A day." And time, and repairs and cost were added and added and added on. It seems like we were not a priority. The text notifications didn't really provide us with accurate information. We were given the rental car late.

Very disappointed on how long it took kept on getting pushed back and back. We found extra scratches on the vehicle same side the work was being done on. Not sure if happened at the shop or before hand. But it Would have been nice to get a call and asked if we wanted it fixed as well because probably would have gone for it. Wasn’t that impressed
