Wow!!! I have to tip my hat to all who worked on my car. The scratches are gone , only a b r a and me know they were there. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the inside of my car was clean and shiny. You went over and beyond what I could have ever expected. Thank You

I was so happy with the service and curtesy the people showed me. I was given a ride home and picked up when car was ready. I love the work they did. I can’t see where the scratches were, and they even cleaned the inside of my car. Wow!! How nice is that. They also stayed at price quoted. I’ve been telling everyone about my Abra experience.

One suggestion for improvement would be to notify customers of any dashboard warning or indicator lights present in the vehicle, even if they are unrelated to the bodywork being performed. Yes, the interior smelled amazing and looked in mint condition. The outside looks great as well. The grill still needs a replacement but I understand it is on back order.

Honestly this was incredibly simple from start to finish and that’s the best you could ever hope for. From the beginning to the end, getting my car fixed was exactly what it was supposed to be. Communication was clear and expectations were met and exceeded on every level. Not only was the body work done but the car was cleaned and every interaction I had with any member of the staff was very pleasant. It’s really nice to be able to go somewhere in today’s day and age and still deal with people who are just trying to do a good job. My kids even got a tour of the shop which they thought was the coolest thing ever.
