I was very pleased with the whole process and the professional manner in which I was treated. Chad listened to my concerns and exceeded my expectations in resolving my concerns. Kelly was very professional and handled all my concerns vi telephone through the whole process and was through and thoughtful. Would highly recommend the ABRA team.

I’m super thankful to Rick for his communication letting me know the process when I first reached out & updating me when I called to see what was going on since I had only received the texts Abra sent out. Rick told me progressive was supposed to let me know what was going on which they didn’t (no surprise considering the issues I’ve been having with them).

I gave a five because I think Tim and Kelly were great. Tim continuously communicated with me and kept me updated with timelines and the work that was needed to be done. However, What I didn’t like was: The timeline did keep changing and it took a month to get all the repairs completed. I had to pay a deductible and was hoping since the vehicle had been there as long as it would perhaps the deductible could have been waved. The original damages were estimated at approximates $6500 and by time they were done the damages were approximately $13000 which is double. Tim told me the car would be detailed and an oil change done, but neither happened. Overall I’m just not happy that promises and commitments were made and then in the end they were not kept.

Went to Abra for Front bumper replacement. It looks good from a distance of 7 feet. If I look closely, found a lot of fitment issues and gaps. And the worst case is I have no clue why don't put it back License plate at the Center. It's really off center, and the water level. It's really annoying and frustrating.

But awkward for a car enthusiast like me. Maybe because of aftermarket, or maybe not. And the worst case is I have no clue why they don't put a license plate bracket in the Center. It's really off-center, and the water level. It's really annoying and frustrating. Other than that, the paint job is perfect.

Over the years, this is the third time I had Abra do some work for me and the third time. I was completely happy not a problem. It looks great even had a neighbor stop and said: “ man that car looks like a brand new one”.:. And it does!
