ABRA always does a great job. If there’s any complaint, ABRA takes way too long. It took three months to get an appointment and get repairs done for a half-marble sized ding. That’s too long. There is no other auto body shop in town, so it’s a captive audience. The he population is growing, and the wait times are getting worse. Why not expand?

Quality of repairs appears good but time well tell. Multiple communication problems, long wait for car which caused my family multiple issues, no sincere effort to make things right rather than basic line that you are working on as quickly as possible.

Repairs took longer than expected- over 30 days. Car had to go back into the shop after painting due to unnoticed frame issue.

Communication was minimal, timelines were not communicated well. Once a problem was discovered, I had to go to the office after asking for a call back for several days.

After hours I couldn’t leave a message and they didn’t know what extension (240) was being referred to in the automatic message? No messages could be left “extension 240 is not available”

I have paint drips on my door from where it was painted and dripped down, and my headlight was not installed properly. No one walked me around my car and told me the work that was completed. At that point is when I would have potentially noticed the work that was done incorrectly.
