I was extremely impressed with Abra. Not only was my car done in a timely manner with extra service requests by me but they pretty much detailed my whole dirty car which was above and beyond! I really appreciate everything they did for me.

They addressed an issue that was covered under warranty. The insurance company required them to use a part that was not OEM. After just a few months there was an issue with the paint on the repair but Abra took care of it right away and got everything squared away with the insurance company in order to have it fixed. I was in and out of the shop in about 20 minutes with the issue fixed. Thanks Abra!
