Would have appreciated better communication. I was only texted AFTER I had called the place first asking for an update - they only called me *once* and that was when my vehicle was done. Otherwise, they did a great job and I'm very happy my car is back in good shape.

Very friendly staff. The person who inspected? My car was probably the best. I think it was Shannon ? Something rather. Very upbeat and positive. Whoever kept answering the phone could use some pep in his step. Sounded a little grumpy every time *i* called *them*

The person that was in charge of calling me For updates didn’t bother to even give me a single phone call. My vehicle was there for almost a whole month and she didn’t call me not even once. So unprofessional
