I am always impressed by these youngsters and how hard they work how honest they are how cheerful they are. I did not get to meet the body repair crew but they did an excellent job and I hope someone appreciates them. If I could I would gladly adopt them all as my grandkids. I will always get my RAV4 serviced there and if I ever buy a another new one that's where it.. is going to to come from. The best part about going there for service is that I absolutely trust these youngsters. Thank you

My truck had a small break in the tail light lens, no body damage at all. The blind spot radar was still working properly. All the light functions were working properly. Just a little break in the red plastic lens. I was told it would take anywhere from a half day to two weeks. I rented a car because I couldn't get a straight answer on whether it would be done in one day. This is literally 2 screws, 2 wires to unplug, 10 minutes tops. Then check the radar .. if I would have known about all the timing uncertainty etc I would have taken it somewhere else. Simple, order the part, when the part arrives contact me and set up a date and time when you'll have a tech available to fix my car. Give me a time estimate when it will be completed.

The work was very nice, however, it took quite a long time and was a couple of thousand dollars above the first estimate. Luckily we have an older Jeep that we could drive while repairs were made. We do appreciate the work done and all the people that we worked with were very helpful.
