Tomas and Amber in the office took care of all the details and keeping me updated about the car hood replacement and new battery. Two additional pluses was 1. the shuttle service with the very nice shuttle driver (so sorry that I did not get her name) Having this shuttle service solved so many problems for me. 2. A beautifully washed car and vacuumed interior. Thank you Abra for the friendly, great service. 10 out of 10!!

My Sienna van needed the hood replaced and the new hood and hinge was painted perfectly, including the color match. In addition they washed it, polished all the windows and did a complete sweep of the interior

Tamas deserves a raise 👏. He has gone above and way beyond my expectations. He texted throughout the day to keep myself informed of what was occurring with my repair. He also had my 4RUNNER washed outside AND cleaned and vacuumed inside. Wow, please do whatever it takes to retain Tamas. He is a very valuable asset to ABRA. A big thank you goes out to Autumn and the 2 other ladies in the front office. I apologize for not getting their names. The ladies helped me navigate the insurance process with USAA. Again, these employees deserve a raise so that they continue to be a part of ABRA. A job well done by these people.
