They missed my AC being broken and messed up with the headlight by not noticing a warning light. Caused me to drive back and forth to Durango at least 6x to get my car fixed.

ABRA was even more communicative about the status of my auto claim than my insurance carrier was. The work on my car was completed faster than expected which may not be the case in every situation but it shows you that ABRA is dedicated in their mission to provide great service. Fantastic work, but the weekly extensions of completion dates wore on me. I understand staff shortages, but I’d rather just hear it’s going to be next month rather than “we’re shooting for next week” over and over again

We are very happy with the work that was performed for the collision. We however did request extra work that was over looked. We were told at the time the extra work could be performed and there would be an extra cost which we were ok with. But when we picked up the vehicle the extra work was not done.
