Every time I’ve been told my vehicle is ready I have been let down and told it’s gonna be “next week” or “by Wednesday”. The staff has been polite. However, the holidays and employee attendance shouldn’t be the customers problem. It’s been 6 weeks. If your business attracts this volume it would be appropriate to have more staff.

Autumn and the chief mechanic/manager provided me with ongoing updates. They were informative, courteous, and extremely helpful. Autumn always followed up on my questions and completely handled my insurance ckaim. The manager even walked me out and assisted me in transfering my valuables from two vehicles. Great guy!
