My experience was mostly positive: Repairs done were great, staff was friendly, car was cleaned when I got it back, prices were reasonable I felt like there was a bit of a lack of communication. I was originally told my repair would take at most 3 days, it ended up taking over a week. (6 business days) I was told more parts were needed to be purchased, totally understandable, but the completion date was pushed back multiple times and there was very little communication regarding this. I also had another person paying for the repairs, which I know was not a typical situation, but the process of going about this was not very clear to either of us. I would have loved to been kept up to date a little more and had the process of how to go about my situation communicated more clearly
