Excellent job well done! I was kept informed of the progress in the app. Slow start, but they let me know my headlight came in with a broken tab so it had to be reordered and would still be on-time for the date promised. It was 2 days early. Looks beautiful!

I have never had a better customer service experience in my life! Appraiser Kent Hayworth was amazing! He explained what the next steps were, the timeline, and what I needed to do! This was my first experience with getting body work done, and it never occurred to me to ask the insurance company for a rental car. But Kent steered me in the right direction. The office staff was super kind and professional, and when I picked up my car, the guy who released it to me was very friendly. Everyone went over and above for me, and my car has never looked better! I am already recommending Abra to all of my friends. Thanks so much!
