Caliber did a great job of fixing my car after I was rear ended. They regularly sent updates to let me know about their progress. They also washed and cleaned my car which was appreciated. Would highly recommend

Excellent work. My truck only had 4100 miles on it. They made it back to new. Work was completed in less than estimated time. They kept me up to date on repairs. Hope I don’t need to but I would utilize their services in the future. Great job

One of the mirrors ordered as a replacement had another small adhesive mirror on it. I wish that was removed or that I was notified it was there prior to paying for it.

Ryan was fantastic to work with. He has great customer service and was very informative. The process was very long for our vehicle (not his fault) and he walked us through everything the entire time.

The beginning of the repair process the communication was top notch, kept me updated when major things happened like parts arriving, being painted, or when the process would change technicians as the first would be out the next week. Second technician however was complete opposite, lack of any communication for any updates, and the few I received were at the end of the day anyway. Would've kept a 10 had the first technician would have been available the whole process.
