I already new that Caliber Collision did outstanding work from previous experience, but I was thrilled with the service that I received with this effort. Caliber did a great job explaining all of the different repairs they were doing and why they were doing it. And best of all, they finished my car earlier than I had expected it to be done.

Your team in Marion was fantastic! Pam up front made sure everything was taken care of with my rental car, Gabby kept me updated daily on the progress of my truck. I was promised my truck would be completed on Monday 8/24, but your team exceeded expectations and had it finished early. I actually received my truck back on Thursday 8/20! I really appreciate the excellent communication, customer service, and efficiency from the entire Marion team. I would recommend your Marion team to anyone!
