The door that was replaced is leaking. A new door was put on, but the old seals and rubber molding were used. Obviously the integrity of those seals were compromised when transitioning from the old door to the new door. Although I pointed this out and could very obviously tell when walking up to the vehicle that there was something wrong the door was not closing correctly was not making a good seal. The representative wanted to argue with me about that. I immediately took the vehicle to a car wash and have a video to prove that it’s leaking. Water is getting through so waste of my time to take it. Why did you guys not test to make sure that the seals were actually sealed correctly and not allowing water through. This is waste of my time waste of your time because you didn’t properly test and make sure that the door was accurately closing, and able to keep out water and moisture now I have to bring the vehicle back. You should’ve did it right the first time

Really appreciated the communication. Pam was really personable and helped with my decision to do my repair with you. Kevin was very professional and also was great at letting me know how my repairs were coming along and letting me know when it was done. It was great it only took a week to complete. Also, liked that they helped with the rental car. The whole process was seamless and I would recommend them in the future to someone needing repair work done. One more thing loved that my car was washed and detailed. A+ service and my car looks great!

Pam and Kevin were great! I really appreciated their attentiveness. Got regular updates. Car washed and detailed didn't have to worry about returning the rental car. It's those details that will keep people coming back. Also the repair techs did great job as well! I am a happy customer and would recommend.

Worked with Kevin for the estimate and he explained everything about the process. Got my truck in right away and took 4 days. Kevin kept me updated. I am very happy with the repair and price. Great job and wonderful customer service🤩. Pam in the lobby was also nice to talk with and very knowledgeable about the processes too. Very nice facility also. I will call them again if I need their services in the future and recommend them highly!
