While the overall repair work was good, the almost complete lack of communication from Bob Mickey, combined with two easily identifiable issues found in less than five days after completing the vehicle has made me question the competency of the company.

2nd time we’ve used Bob Mickey Collision Center and can say enough on how we were extremely satisfied each time. Working with Chad was great and he was always informative on all aspects during the whole process. The car was repaired in a timely manner and returned to us good as new and expected.

I would have gave a 10 but your team did not polish my hood to blend it in with the Front Bumper/Fenders. The Repair it self was great, but it didn’t have the finishing touch.

Everybody was so very nice very accommodating and upfront with everything I had questions they answered them and I love feeling confident so and then when I got my car back, I was very happy. She looks so much prettier than she did when I brought her in and I’m referencing my car as a she yes I know silly me but again thank you for everything for your professionalism. The great work that your mechanics did all the bodywork people everything thank you so very much. I will definitely recommend you to anybody.
