The repair has to be redone, but they are fixing the issue with no hassle. (After market part didn't fit)

Everyone that I worked with was very nice. However I was told that if my car was not done by noon on Friday they would call me. I got there at 3:00 (no call) was told car is not done. (My husband and myself left work early to go pick up the car on Friday, to find out it was not done) Also was told 1 week for repairs took two, I had to call for an update.

Haven’t driven the car but a few minutes since picking it up but so far so good! It looks beautiful and I appreciate the attention to detail! I also appreciated that we got many updates along the way from Rich L through the entire process and were never left guessing.

This was my first time dealing with auto body repair, and while I admittedly was surprised initially about the longer timeline (because I have never needed this level of work done before) ….ABRA and Rich were very communicative every step of the way. He answered all my questions in a timely manner, and met each hurdle that they encountered with prompt professionalism. The job was done in the timeline they gave me, and I am very happy with the final result! I am sure everyone always says they hope to never need this service again, but if I do I would definitely go back to ABRA in Hiawatha…..even if Rich is a Hawkeye fan 😜! ~Kimberly Buresh
