When we called to get updates we would not get calls back. When we showed up to get the vehicle the keys were just handed to me. When I went out and did a walk around I found issues with the repairs. A plastic bumper protector was missing. Chips on the edges of repaired/replaced parts. And a run in the paint on the one side. The accident occurred 2+ months ago, and I live 3 hrs away. Very unhappy with my experience there
