Came in for an Insurance claim for a scratch and dent repair. the estimator seen and agreed with the problems and what was needed to do the repairs. told me that they would repair the dent, repaint my bedside, and re line the bottom of the box. got my truck back and the pain was orange peeled real bad, dent was not fixed, and the bottom of my bed was not lined to match the rest of my truck. unhappy with the job I left it and spoke with them. they said it would be fixed. was called the next day and told it was all done. Guess what, they attempted to PDR my dent which only led to more damage to my bedside causing it to become wavy, mildly color sanded the pain and did not reline the bottom of my box. then wanted to argue with me that this was only a scratch repair and nothing more. Took my truck out of disapointment and called my insurance company. now I am having to have it redone. I will not use Abra again.

My vehicle was dropped off on a Sunday. All the work was finished and returned the same day they promised. I was happy bout that. They did a great job. The communication was very nice.

Bryan and Laurie are amazing. They call you by your name when you walk in the door. As a women it is important to me to be treated like I have brains and can understand a man’s subject and Bryon was amazing at that. I love the culture this branch has, I have sat in their morning meetings cause I was there with my car and I watched them interact with each other. This branch should be proud of their work, customer service, and how they make the client feel seen and heard. Great work Mandan!!!

Very impressed starting with the estimate Lori did very professionally too he timely repair work. To my surprise they even detailed my vehicle inside and out.
