I was impressed with how soon an appointment was available, it was the next week rather than weeks away. The offers to pick up the vehicle are convenient for people who can’t leave work. The vehicle they loaned us as a temporary replacement was also very helpful.

The final bill was $300 higher then the quote I received. They said they forgot to add tailgate liner spray. They told me that was $225 so it was still off by $75 or so.
