I was very happy with the communication not so happy with the finished product. Also found sound contamination in the paint which caused the paint to bubble in two or three spots. If the car wouldn’t have been almost new I wouldn’t have cared. But was not happy as I would have expected the paint to be like factory.

Happy with the service and people. My bumper was not like new and full of scratches. I spent three hours buffing the bumper when I got the car back. Would have been nice to have the number like new instead of the way I got it as my car was new.

The customer service was horrible. The repairs were good, but the fact that it took 5 days for them to look under my hood was unacceptable

I was told 5 days after dropping off my car that just that day they had looked under my hood and needed to order more parts. That meant that my car was sitting in their lot for 5 days before they started working. I could have been driving my car for those 5 days. This was incredibly inconvenient because my commute to work every day is 20 minutes one way and I had to find someone able to drive me.

The customer service was really good, best of all saved me a trip by quoting off of pictures. I had one repair being done through insurance and one out of pocket (kept the body work under my deductible, and better yet the work was actually slightly under what was quoted). Helped get things figured out quickly with the insurance claim. My only complaint was the outside signage didn't match the business name (new location, so understandable), otherwise easy to find. I was disappointed to discover that I had forgot my annual park pass on my windshield that was discarded...would have been nice if it was saved or brought to my attention (but ultimately not their fault/responsibility).
