Scott helped me out so much so many times not only with doing a quality repair job but helping me navigate the difficult process of talking to someone else's insurance. He was always very responsive when I needed to talk with him. The front desk admin lady comes off as a little brusque on the phone sometimes, but I think she's also very kind.
