The detailing was great. Work was exactly what I expected. Personal preference to only get 1 update when my vehicle is done instead of regular. If it was a particularly lengthy or major repair, I might want updates on the individual parts, but nothing crazy.

Great service. Otherwise had my truck bed pop open while moving and a cart fell in the street behind me. The detailing was good and the fix looks great. Only concerned about the bed opening up. Not sure what situation could have caused that otherwise. There really isn't a "mostly closed" option with a truck bed. It's either obviously open or obviously closed. Also, would have liked less update emails. Though it wasnt bad, just a preference.

Estimate was comprehensive and information provided to us was given to our insurance company. Total time from Estimate to completion was 4 days (excluding weekend).
