They were great they kept me up to date all along the process every day they took care of my rental car for me and they got it done a week early I was really impressed and was glad I used them instead of somebody else!

My experience with the people at Abra in the Spokane Valley couldn’t have been better. Karen provided outstanding customer service and before I left, the shop manager made sure I was completely satisfied with how everything went. They exceeded my expectations. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish at Abra in Spokane Valley. Karen kept me informed about each step of my vehicles repairs and they finished a day early. My vehicle looks brand new.
