The inconsistency with dates given of when my car was going to be done. Offering to get me a rental & stating only a transit van was available for me when there was plenty of other cars available. Left me carless for 3 days. Calling for updates on my claim, I felt a sense of annoyance in her voice. It was my first time filing a claim on my car so I didn’t know the process. The inside of my car was returned more dirty from when I dropped it off.

Absolutely spectacular! Top to bottom incredible experience. Everyone was so pleasant and Madilyn was fantastic to work with. She made the entire process super simple and made sure I was up to date on every step of the repair. And the repairs were handled perfectly and way faster than expected.
