Abra completed the auto body repair two days ahead of the estimate. The auto repair brought the hood to a like-new state., as well as the hood attachment components. The lead technician reviewed the repair work with me and alliwed for questions. I really couldnit have asked for a better result to the auto body as it was restored to its factory state.

The car detailing Abra performed restored the Hyundai Elantra to its like-new state. I was astonished the car hood and bumper could be restored. The headlight aperture also looks excellent. The clasps and hinge assembly under the hood were also replaced. The bumper looks like new as well. My gratitude is extended for the auto body repair. While repairs come at a price, the work is worth thof repair. An excellent job, well done.

Paula Evenson took care of the auto rental on short notice and I was able to sustain mobility for work travel throughout the duration of the auto body repair. She also addressed the Progressive insurance claim that went missing ahead of my inquiry into the claim. I really appreciated her assistance in keeping me situated with a rental, and handling the invoice line-item & payment management. She was easy to work with and responded to my questions in a helpful and professional manner.

Work was done in the time specified, there were issues after I picked my car up and they took it back and paid for my rental car, so I appreciate them seeing it through! Communication was spotty, so I wasn’t always aware of the progress being made, but they kept me in the loop for the major time points
