I would tell someone to double check that a loaner vehicle had been reserved. I arrived to my appointment only to find out that no loaner had been reserved. Had to reschedule.

Hail repair is great. On the drivers side front pillar on the bottom going up to the roof there are scratches in the clear coat from when your technician scanned the car for dents 3 to 4 months ago. You have that date. He told me the battery was dead so he had to plug it into wall outlet to scan the car. He had a hard time reaching around the car cause the cord wasn't long enough. You can look ar it and see it started at the bottom and went up the side of the windshield. Call me if you don't understand what I'm talking about. 507-450-1909
