Communication was not great but the work was good. Better communicating on expected completion, supply chain delays and generally keeping the customers informed would be beneficial.

I returned to the collision center to show them the issue with the front fascia. The took my car and within 10 minutes the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

I scheduled an estimate and only an estimate through my insurance with Abraham Buick. They immediately started repairs on my car before I even received an estimate. My car was in for repairs for over 2 months. I never once received a phone call or an update. I called multiple times and was never given accurate updates. When I finally went in to pick up my vehicle, after calling myself once again to get the status of repairs, I was finally told it was complete for pick up. I was told to sign a piece of paper stating my vehicle was in fact complete of repairs before I was even given the opportunity to assess my vehicle. I declined signing, and inspected my car only to find my car was very obviously not complete of repairs. I waited over another week for my repairs to actually be complete, after being told the repair left behind would only take a day or 2. I called every day until then. Once again, never receiving any updates. This was the worst vehicle related experience I have ever had. I’ve told friends and family and I will never re visit this establishment or anything affiliated in the future.
