Overall the experience was fine. There were a few unexpected delays. Finally when we did pick up our vehicle, at a glance it was all finished and ready to go, so we drove home. When we got there, we took some more time to check if everything was alright, just in case because we didn’t want to have something come up later on (we had already been dealing with a lot of hassle from the person that hit our car). Upon inspecting more closely and carefully we noticed several issues. The rear break light bar was barely attached and was banging around loosely. There was a bunch of adhesive residue on the liftgate. There was writing on one of the parts of the liftgate that hadn’t been removed, and there was some abnormality with the frame of the liftgate that appeared to be a manufacturing problem. We immediately drove it back to Caliber to get the items sorted. I spoke with Larry who was very kind and understanding, and was able to sort out the issues quickly. The only thing I’m still worried about being a potential problem is the abnormality with the liftgate frame. They took a picture of it and said they would notify the manufacturer to double check if it is an actual issue or not and they would let us know.
