They took much longer than they should have, and I think they would agree. Not necessarily their fault, because we had a paint issue that was very, very difficult to address, but still I don't understand why this happened.

My experience with Nick Abraham was based thru an insurance claim that I never saw a bill for. I can not comment on the price comparison to other collision centers, but the customer service and craftsmanship of the work were top shelf.

The personnel in the collision department were completely professional and accommodating throughout the process which was extremely smooth. When there was a slight delay in the process and ultimately a slight misunderstanding with billing and picking up the vehicle, Ashley went above and beyond normal procedure to assure I was able to take my vehicle that day. Wonderful work done. Great experience overall. I will recommend Nick Abraham collision center to anybody searching for quality service.
