I was very lucky to find this gem of a place right in my neighborhood! Not only did they repair the hail damage on my vehicle within 24 hours, my car was washed and much cleaner than it was inside and out. Ramon and the other staff I met were very kind and professional. Also, lucky for me, I found out they do maintenance! I took my car back today for an oil change. I will definitely be going back for my car maintenance needs!

The repair was a 10/10. The communication could have been a tad better in terms of explaining the delay or updating the estimate to fit what I was told right away, but otherwise it was perfect!

The communication was spot on for the most part. The only thing I think could be improved is calling me up rather than relying solely on the automatic update system when my car was ready for pickup or updating the estimate time more immediately when something changed on when the car would be done.
