Crash Champions communicated with us quickly about when to bring our car in for estimate. They then scheduled when to bring it in for repair. The man who helped with the drop off was very kind and explained how everything would happen. He also explained the paperwork. They sent updates. I was very pleased with the results. Again, the business man communicated how to take care of the new repairs, the warranty, and what to do with rental. The overall experience and process was exceptional.

Dropped it off on Tuesday, was prepared to wait two weeks to completion, I drove away five days later BACK IN MY REPAIRED CAR!!! I’m beyond pleased!

Other than miscommunications regarding payment source a few minutes, it was quick and easy. Not so easy was Enterprise rental. The crash champion general manager ended up taking me over to the rental location to get my reserved car. (But props to your staff getting mover there!
