Very nice service! They kept me informed on progress of my vehicle and time it could be completed. My truck was washed and cleaned on the inside as well. I will be using them for collision and maintenance from now on. This was my first time using them. Very happy with the results.

Ramona was very nice and knowledgeable. He kept me updated on the status of my car and worked with the insurance company. He let me know that the glass that State Farm picked out was damaged and let me know so that I could get a new glass. I will come here if I ever need car repairs again :)

I would give it a 10 but my car was not detailed. It was vacuumed out pretty well but after the rain I expected a full detail. Other than that I'm happy. Great customer service and communication.

Accelerate and Auto repair went above and beyond. I took notice that after repairs were complete y’all washed my car. Everything looks great! Although you guys are busy, there is no question that Accelerate and Auto goes above and beyond to meet everyone’s needs as best they can. If I ever need a repair again I’ll definitely revisit this shop. I appreciate how friendly, patient, knowledgeable and caring the service is.

Accelerate Auto Repair is the place to go. You guys went above and beyond with customer service, professionalism and an overall pleasant atmosphere. Although quite busy Accelerate Auto Repair does what they can to meet everyone’s needs in a timely manner. After my repairs were y’all even washed my car. 12/10.
