Just got my car back. I cannot rave more about the customer service that Accelerate employees have. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, fast and efficient and something that’s really hard to come by these days they seem genuinely happy to be of service. They handled everything for me with the insurance companies and made the whole process just a delightful experience. Honestly, car accidents are so stressful and Ramon took all that stress away. Not to mention they kept me informed daily with progress and issues found without leaving a question unanswered. Even saved money where they could!!! Just good honest work and my car looks brand new! Ramon was excellent in assisting us! The car repair was done quickly with excellent communication, providing automatic updates almost daily on the stage of the repair and estimated completion date. The car upon returned looked like new, really appreciated the time took to clean it and make sure it was in perfect condition!
