The body shop was great. They went out of their way to accommodate. My insurance claim agent on the other hand made a nuisance of himself and demanded the car be returned on a Friday I was out of town for work. It caused undue problems and required unnecessary phone calls. There was no reason I had to rush back to town to pick up a vehicle the body shop had to fast track before they close and make them and the rental car place fret. Body shop was great. Nationwide and enterprise need to do better.
