This was my second time to work with you guys. Penny is a superstar. She treats me and my husband like we're her friends and like we're the most important customers she has. Give that girl a raise!! We've worked with Butch and Canon also and they are both VERY professional and efficient. All three of these employees do everything they can to make us feel comfortable and confident in your company and the work performed. All three are excellent communicators and respond very favorably to my questions and requests (like when I asked for my car a day early!!!). The team I've worked with is excellent! Thank you!!!

I was very satisfied and impressed with the quality of the paintwork and repairs to the rear hatch and bumper of my Cadillac XT5. The work looked excellent, and I truly appreciate the quality of the repair. I did have one concern regarding my experience at the front desk. The woman assisting me was quite loud, and her manner did not come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. My husband, who accompanied me but was not involved in the accident, also felt that her approach was not especially welcoming. Because I had just been involved in a car accident and was dealing with a concussion, I was particularly sensitive to noise and found her communication style overwhelming under the circumstances. A calmer and more welcoming approach would have made the experience much more comfortable. I would also like to compliment the gentleman with the cowboy hat and the gentleman with the mustache. Both were very professional, welcoming, and friendly, and I truly appreciated how they treated me. I also noticed that some wires were left hanging underneath the vehicle near the lower left side of the bumper. My husband and I will take care of them. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the repair and appreciate the work done on my vehicle. It looks excellent. Thank you, and I will recommend Gerber in the future.
