I had an excellent experience with Accurate Auto Body in Redmond! My Tesla Model Y was unfortunately damaged in a hit-and-run while parked, and I chose Accurate Auto Body for the repairs. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. A special thank you to Jackson, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He kept me informed about the repair progress, answered my questions, and helped coordinate everything with my insurance company. His communication and attention to detail made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. When I picked up my Tesla, I was honestly amazed by the results. The car looked just like new! The repairs were beautifully done, and the car was also returned to me incredibly clean. I could really tell that the team took pride in their work. Everything went smoothly, including the insurance process, and there were no unexpected charges when I picked up my car. I also love their slogan, “We meet by accident.” Nobody ever wants to be in an accident, but if you find yourself needing auto body repairs, I would absolutely recommend Accurate Auto Body! A huge thank you to Jackson and the entire team for their professionalism, excellent workmanship, and outstanding customer service. To be honest, I was forced to bring my car here because that is where the car company told me was a certified repair shop. Otherwise, I would’ve brought it somewhere closer to where I live. That is not really their fault. As far as the work goes, it was great, but like I said earlier, the communication was a little late.

I am completely satisfied and glad to find Stephanie as my repair representative from AAB. She kept me informed on the updates over emails and did all the discussions with my insurance on my behalf. There was a delay from my insurance side to finalise the estimate etc, but AAB moved fast post that. Glad that found AAB as a partner in the event.
