They do good work and everyone there seems on task and focused to get things done as best they can with what parts and such are under their control.

They took in a Tesla on short notice, and did a wonderful job. Their communication throughout the process was top notch, even as the insurance entity had delays. The repair itself seemed to be fine, all I have to do is see why the GPS location is off by about 50 feet, but I think that will resolve itself and hopefully not related to the nose of the car being torn apart. Everything looks great, no complaints of the physicality of the car.

Even after returning, there is still a rattle in the tailgate area. In addition, there was new damage to my speaker grilles on the driver side front and rear doors, calibration appeared off.

Nice folks and friendly but the only time I would get updates would be when I called the shop. There was a delay in the repairs and I never received a call providing an update, this happened a couple times.
