I'm happy and thankful for the quality work, however I beleive more can be done to communicate with customers through the process. My repair had many delays - what started as a "two week" estimate turned into nearly two months. The only notification I received when the date was pushed out was an automated email that stated the estimated completion date was updated. There was no note on why and no call or email from the team at Accurate Auto Body. I had to call them to get an update.
