From the moment I met Laurie and her team, I felt very good about the professionalism and attention to detail. They explained the entire process that would be used to restore the side panel of my doors that have been scraped and dinged a little bit. It all made sense and they came in at a decent price very competitive and I decided to go with them. The end result was beautiful. You can’t even tell that there was ever a scrape. Special shout out to Laurie, Sarunya and Brandi for taking care of me. And to Jose who did a beautiful final detail on my car when it was ready for pickup.

Quality if repair is good but there is whole lot of delay in getting my vehicle. It took nearly 2.5 months to get my vehicle back . I never got any updates until I reach them for status. I end up surviving with my coupe for 2 months as the insurance covered only 1 month rental.

I have no qualms about the quality of the work done on my car - very satisfied. However, in terms of timeliness, not so great. It seems that you had the car for a whole week before you even started the repair, resulting in excess rental car fees for me. I'll be back but time frame must be improved.

Absolutely no communication was made. My car was with l-m for 2 weeks and repairs were never even started. I had to pick my vehicle up to take to another shop to complete repairs.

You guys did an excellent job in the repair. The communication during the process was terrible. In the end, you really bent over to make our experience much better. I would recommend you to someone else, but you guys really need to get your house in order. Don’t bite off more than you can chew.
