Customer service was very good during the repair process. The low rating, however, is for what happened after we picked up the car. My wife immediately noticed that there was a new scratch in the gas cap area. She brought the car back and they acknowledged it was a "fresh scratch" (their words) but very rudely denied they had any accountability and inferred that the scratch occurred after she picked up the car. Which was not at all the case. My wife thereafter posted an unfavorable review on Google. The car shop responded to this review with an apology that "we fell short of expectations" and asking that we call them "to make sure this doesn't happen again." My wife followed up with a call to the listed number, which is the car shop. Both the manager and the customer service rep denied any knowledge of that post and said they had nothing further to say to her. That is extremely poor customer service.
