The repair process was incredible the moment we called about our car that got rear ended. Carstar explained everything in detail and communicated on a daily basis even when there was little to no update. We were informed of everything happening. CARSTAR did a great job repairing our car. The process started out a little stressful due to some misunderstandings with the insurance company, but once CARSTAR took over the communication and coordination with them, everything went very smoothly. The insurance company provided us with a loaner car, and CARSTAR handled the necessary communication with the rental agency throughout the process. They completed the repairs ahead of the estimated schedule and kept us updated at every step. Their communication was always clear, responsive, and timely. We had a great experience and would definitely trust CARSTAR with any future repairs to our vehicles.
