we were suposed to pick up our car Friday. didnt find out until that day it would take another week. thats fine, we understood more damage could be found. the next friday we found out at 4 it would be monday. monday we found out it woukd be wednesday, wednesdsy we found out it would be thursday. finally was able to pick up thursday at 5. when picked up i asked specifically if the door lock had been fixed. i was assured it had. didnt test it before i left, it still does not work.
