top up was not well done. Thought it would be buffed or hand touched a bit more than I could have done myself. That was one reason of choosing Accurate rather than Showcase in Kirkland

I'm bordering on not likely, only because of my experiences in dealing with the front desk staff. Else I would recommend this shop in a heartbeat on the basis of their excellent work on repairing the vehicle.

This is my third trip to this shop. I'm very satisfied with the work done on my vehicles, it's been top notch. However, I've found their front desk to be quite difficult to deal with. It seems to me that the front desk borders on being rude in their communications. It is because of this not so ideal experience I have to dock 2 points from this score.

I would have rated this even lower but for the appraiser's professional conduct. Like I commented on the previous question, the conduct of front desk is beyond redemption. On my recent visit to the shop to pick my car she threatened to not give the car to me all because I did not have the two-party check from the insurance company. I explained that I was coming straight from the airport and did not get a chance to pick up the check, a check which I cannot have any motivation to withhold since it's a two party check made out to me and the shop. I failed to understand why this didn't occur to them when I asked to take the car and return the same day with the check. I fail to understand on what basis they thought that I would withhold the check. I thought the situation could and should have been handled with more empathy. As such I feel that there is lack of customer appreciation amongst at least some members of the staff at this shop.

All of the staff were very nice, especially Justin who did my initial estimate. I appreciated getting the text updates and felt like my car was in good hands. I will definitely bring my car here again, but hopefully I won't have to!

Although I did not have my vehicle repaired as it was totaled I commend the staff on letting me store my car at the shop. The staff was friendly helpful and most of all respectful. I would highly recommend their business.
