Too expensive that created big hassle with the insurance. Took the vehicle before it was confirmed the process would start immediately. Instead the Vehicle stayed multiple weeks waiting for processes to finish. The Vehicle was stuck between Accurate Auto and the insurance.

Great experience overall, but deducting points because when my door was repaired a persistent rattle was left. You responded right away with and addressed it in a later visit (for other body work!) but then the door wouldn't close properly, which required another visit to address. Shame on me for not testing it out at the time of pickup, I suppose, but the catch was clearly not adjusted well. Appreciate the attention to it without any issues though.

He kept me regularly updated on the progress of my car's work and handled the insurance claim process, making everything smooth and painless for me. My only objection was they forgot to charge my car and left with 17% charge. Barely made it home and then noticed so had to cancel appointment for rest of day to get it charged. They did apologize but still it was a problem for me.

Jackson was amazing. Le Ann was amazing. Everyone was amazing. They walked me through my options, the process and provided updates both via phone and email. Having someone crash your car is unnerving. If it ever happens again I know who I will call. Many thanks to the team at Accurate Auto Body.

No one ever likes going to the body shop because something unfortunate needed to happen first. However, because of the exquisite level of transparency and communication from the staff and especially Randy, I knew that I came to the right place for my repair. Randy was extremely knowledgeable of the ins and outs of processing a claim, that I never would have heard of without his help. Hopefully it never happens again, but if it does I know where I'm going
