The car looks great. Randy was amazing to work with. My only disappointment was that I had the feeling from initial conversations that I would only need to pay $200 or so above my deductible due to differences in labor charges. But it was closer to $1000

Amazing service - super responsive and beautiful work. Jackson was stellar to work with - from the initial inspection, he was very clear about the process and timeline, careful to explain our options to us and how his discussions with our insurance companies will guide the timeline/cost. His review of our car’s damage was very detailed, and it is clear that his top priorities are his customers satisfaction and the quality of the auto work. Very glad that we found this place and would absolutely recommend to anyone with a Tesla. It was a nice surprise to pick up a fully detailed car as well!

I have known AAB is a top quality shop for decades and chose them over all other shops. The quality of the repair seems great. The communication was outstanding throughout the process too. Some of the little things that could be improved on are attention to detail when delivering the car. I had to adjust my new headlights to spec. The left was low and the right much higher than the left. I had to point out the fender didn't line up with the hood and A pillar. It was adjusted, but still does not line up as factory or the other side. Lastly, the fog lights were plugged in backwards and didn't work when picked up. I know things happen and people are busy, but just a few minutes of once over or a checklist would have caught these issues before delivery. I would still consider myself very satisfied. This isn't a criticism, just pointing out areas that could be improved on. Everyone at Accurate has always been great.

Great body work, very happy with the repairs. Frustrating experience chasing Geico for hours at the end over 2 days. The overage charges are what gives me pause if I would recommend your shop to a friend because I'm not sure I would want a friend to go through this.

Here is my honest opinion. I think the autobody work is great. Working with Stephanie was great. I know Geico was a pain on this with 3 different adjusters assigned to the file. My frustration, is Geico told me that you were throwing in "junk fees" and they were not going to pay your "garbage bill" or $136 per hour for your technician to wash our car. The adjustor told us you were "padding the invoice" and I couldn't get a clear answer why a car wash costs $136? We fought it out with Geico over 2 days to cover it. When they brought the car out to deliver it to us, it had dirt on all the lower panels and debris like pine needles stuck to the panels. My husband asked for someone to please wipe all the pine needles and dirt off the bottom panels? In my opinion that's a dumb reason to sour an experience with a customer when you just got paid $17,000 from Geico. I'm still contemplating if I add this to Google as a review. My honest suggestion, pick your battles. If you're going to pass on that kind of crazy markup to a customer, then at least make sure you do a good job if your charging 13 times more than the going rate of a gas station car wash machine.

Your team was excellent. I was pretty upset after wrecking my car that morning and everyone at Accurate Auto Body was so patient and kind and thoughtful, they immediately put me at easy. They got right in for the needed repair and their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
